E! NEWS: Rapper Mos Def Spotted In Lagos

US Rapper Mos Def/ Yasiin Bey was spotted in Victoria Island, Lagos, yesterday. He was at Alara store and it’s not clear what he was in the city to do.  Bey  has been living in Cape Town, South Africa for the past few years and has said several times that he doesn’t intend on living on the Unites States anytime soon.
